We need somebody who is willing to work out of their home, work on a contingency basis, and find us awesome people.

We typically pay our talent sourcing specialists thousands of dollars every time we place somebody successfully.

Each search is different. We will tell you what you should expect to make if you were successful before you begin that particular search.

If we decide to start working together, we will send you a brief agreement memorializing the simple business terms that will define our relationship..
We will send you a detailed description of each position we will work on together.

This will include notes from the hiring manager, the job description itself, and pre-screening questions that we need answered prior to submitting a candidate to our customers. We also will include the percentage we have agreed to charge, our guarantee period, and payment terms.

If you have a candidate that you think makes sense, you will send the resume which should be titled to include the first name and last name as well as the position that they are applying for. In the body of the email, you will provide the answers to the pre-screening question in either paragraph or bullet form.

We will take the candidates from there and keep you posted as to what the feedback is and their progress.
